I received a message tonight on my Duet Controller that update to version 7.3r3464 was available. When I tried to install it, it came back with the message "There was a problem upgrading the remote. Please try again or contact support." I tried a few more times and powered the remote on and off but kept getting the same problem message.
Any idea of what's wrong or if I should wait and try again tomorrow or later?
