Yeah, some changes were made to the code of the synchronization in how "groups" were handled and I don't think the UI has caught up yet. I made a suggestion on this thread http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=53404
Even the somewhat cumbersome way it is now though I am quite willing to live with it if I had to.
