No, it belongs in whatever folder you specified for your own playlist storage when you installed SqueezeCenter and went through the setup wizard. If you can't remember where you said to store playlists, look in the /var/lib/squeezecenter/prefs/server.prefs file and look for the "playlistdir" entry.
