Thank you for that new log. I have found the problem. I have entered bug
10634 (http://bugs.slimdevices.com/show_bug.cgi?id=10634) for this. If
you have a Bugzilla account with us, you can add yourself to the CC
list so that you can get informed about the progress of any
resolution.

As a temporary workaround, you could reboot the player after bringing
the server out of standby. I realise that this is not a satisfactory
long-term solution. In your case it is probably only the player with
address  00:04:20:05:a3:8a (a Squeezebox 2, I believe: you can see
which player this is by looking at the Settings / Information page or
screen) which needs to be rebooted. This can most easily be achieved by
a press-and-hold (about 4 seconds) of the power button on the IR
remote.
