Thanks for the reply.  Where are the unnamed internal playlists saved? 
When I look at my playlists directory I don't see anything that is it,
and there's nowhere obvious (like an Applications/SqueezeCenter
subdirectory) that jumps out at me.  I've also had a browse through the
Settings panel and can't find anything that seems to control this
behaviour, though maybe I'm just missing it.
