This sounds like the same problem I had when I converted my Last.fm account to a subscribed account.
There was a bug in that SqueezeNetwork doesn't recognise the change. I had to delete my registered last.fm account in SqueezeNetwork and add it again, so that it detected the subscription. I don't think SqueezeNetwork has been fixed yet.
