Good to hear that you're on top of it... What I meant was that after one installs SC in Windows it automatically opens the browser instance and puts you in the home page of SC. Once the page is loaded it stops. With today's build even after it loaded the page it would start another tab and load the page again and again. If I closed the browser it would start another browser instance. It was like playing Whack-a-mole in porno sites. The only way to stop it was by killing the server process. Starting the browser and loading the SC home is a behavior that normally happens "after" you install the server.
