I think the space is probably a cut and paste issue. So perhaps there is a problem with the copy of faad.exe.
Can you open a command prompt windows and run the faad.exe. Make sure it is the version below in case you have an "old" version of faad on your system. C:\Program Files\SqueezeCenter\server\Bin\MSWin32-x86-multi-thread\faad.exe --?
