Been running 7.4 on WHS for a while now with no problems, including the MSI installer for WHS since it was released. I also run Trackstat and a bunch of other plug-ins and they are all still working fine.
I'd make sure I had a good backup of Trackstat data and also make a copy of the cache and prefs folder prior to uninstalling the current version. They are stored in C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\SqueezeCenter You might want to remove your plug-ins from the manual plug-in install directory and re-install them through the extension downloader after you switch to 7.4. You will need to copy down the repository URLs from the wiki for all the plug-ins you use.
