At first glance, this looks to me like a corrupted JPEG image (either a defective one, or one accidentally labelled ".jpg" which is actually a PNG or some other image type).
Unfortunateley, the SC log doesnt tell the file name or whether its inside a tag or a separate image file (like folder.jpg). Im a little unsure where you can switch on logging the filename, you might want to try setting "Settings -> Advanced -> Logging" to "Debug" for "scan", "scan.import" and "scan.scanner". Then try again (doing a full rescan) and check the log.
