Windows XP, fresh install, new library. >From either the windows control panel, or the web panel, 7.4-26650 when you click rescan, nothing happens at all. Viewing the information tab to see the scanning process shows a counter that says that it's completed scanning, and just counts up from there. Nothing ever happens.
