If you use svn you can still use the MySQL version.
I'm personally using the MySQL based 7.4 version on my living room setup and it still get updates, I'm guessing all non SQLite related changes goes into both versions at the moment. It should be fairly easy for Logitech to move the SQLite version to 7.5 if they feel it isn't getting stable soon enough and release the MySQL version as 7.4, but it feels like the goal is to release the SQLite version as 7.4 since that's what used in the nightly builds at the moment. It doesn't make sense to release a MySQL based 7.4 now if they feel the SQLite version could be stable enough soon. -- erland Erland Isaksson 'My homepage' (http://erland.isaksson.info) (Install my plugins through Extension Downloader) (Developer of 'TrackStat, SQLPlayList, DynamicPlayList, Custom Browse, Custom Scan, Custom Skip, Multi Library, Title Switcher and Database Query plugins' (http://wiki.erland.isaksson.info/index.php/Category:SlimServer)) ------------------------------------------------------------------------ erland's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=3124 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=64107 _______________________________________________ beta mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/beta
