Not had that exact problem but with 26751 there was a firmware update for the receiver as well. It took me from fw 60 to 61 and my receiver refused to connect to SN. I tried all kinds of things to get it back but nothing worked. It seems there is an incompatability between the new fw and my router. I had to downgrade to the previous version of SC to get SN back.
