Please email me Logs from the controller when this issue happens Please email details on your Router, ISP, SC version & attached equipment Please do a Factory Reset on your Controller & Receiver (does this change the behavior) Is your controller in the cradle or does it go to sleep/suspend when this error happens? If you attempt to go into a Music Source or Now Playing, dose the controller reconnect? When you get the blue icon, does it reconnect and go white, if you attempt to play another source or FF/RW the currently playing track? -- jrichardson James R.
