Is anyone else having a lot of problems when scanning MP3 files with the new scanner in 7.4 ?
I get a lot of "Unable to read tags from file" errors when scanning my MP3 library, see this bug report for more details: http://bugs.slimdevices.com/show_bug.cgi?id=12122 The scanner also dies after half the library is scanned when it reaches a specific file: http://bugs.slimdevices.com/show_bug.cgi?id=12409 It would be interesting to know if anyone else sees similar problems or if I'm the only one seeing these issues with MP3 files. The FLAC and AAC version of my library works perfectly. If I'm alone there might be some problem with my MP3 files and the new scanner is just more sensitive than the old.
