How is the Extension Downloader supposed to work with manually installed plugins in the Plugins directory ?
When I install my development version of TrackStat in the Plugins directory it gives the result: - It always displays "Plugin updates are available" on the home page - It asks me to restart the server the first time I enter the Plugins tab I don't have any plugins installed through Extension Downloader in this setup.
