Yep it forgot most settings like squeeznetwork account player settings language, music and playlist folder locations alarms etc etc. Strangely enough it remembered installed plugins and player names ? and after resyncing with SN it remembered scrobbling settings for last fm.
But after a restart it remembered the database, even if it had initialized a rescan.. before I restarted ? SC basically started up the wizard ? you see on a completely new install. How did this happen. I pulled the plug on my whole computer installation. it started to smell funny and "technical smoke" was rising from somewhere. It was the power supply in my LCD screen and probably parts of the lamp array in it.
