By some kind of coincidence (or incredibly bad timing) it seems that all the firmware versions for SB2/3, Transporter and Boom were also updated today.
Things are working pretty well for me on Windows Server (not WHS) but it does seem more sluggish than normal in the web interface. There seem to be some issues with scanner status reporting that may have carried over from the SQLite version. On the Settings > Information page I was seeing the scanner being reported as still running when it was not. I've always had some misreporting of scanner status on the main browse page, with the "still scanning" message displayed in the outer frame long after the scanner finishes. The one place where the reporting seems fairly reliable is on the Settings > Basic Settings page.
