Hmmm, I just tested this out with a double album, each disc in its own folder, and that has Folder.jpg in only disc 1's folder. I configured "Group Discs" to "Treat multi-disc sets as multiple albums" and also tried with grouping the multiple discs together.
In both cases, the web UI shows artwork for disc 2. When the discs are not grouped, the controller does not show artwork. When the discs are grouped, the controller does show artwork.
