Interestingly I can't report my version, the Control Panel applet and the web interface no longer list it. It's the most recent one though, 28080, and it's running on Windows XP 32 bit.
Anyway each time I update, I can't rescan. I keep getting a "No music library configured" notification under Server Status - Music Scan Details or in the web page, Settings - Information - Library Statistics. I do have a music library configured in Music Library - Music Source though. I usually have to select the clean cache option in the Control Panel to rescan.
