I just upgraded my controller from 7.3 to 7.4 for the first time. After the upgrade it wasn't able to connect to mysqueezebox.com and there wasn't any way to exit the menu, I was just able to try again which didn't work.
After some struggling I used the volumeUp boot method to get it to boot with the old firmware, I then did a factory reset and after the factory reset it came up with the 7.4 firmware and I asked for mysqueezebox.com credentials and after I entered the credentials I was able to connect to mysqueezebox.com. Has anyone else seen this when upgrading to 7.4 ? It was the first time I connected the Controller to 7.4 so I supposed it wasn't registered in test.squeezenetwork.com (or whatever server SN in SBS 7.4 uses). However, I have other devices which definitely has connected to test.squeezenetwork.com and I was able to login using my existing credentials after the factory reset.
