The + key on the keypad works on my keyboard to bring up context menus, while the + above the = does not.
But navigation using the up and down arrow keys doesn't work at all, so it's tough to use within lists. And once you bring up the CM, not being able to navigate the menu using up and down arrows means you have to use the mouse anyway.
