Are you sure SBS is runnning? From another PC, try the web interface (http://yourservername:9000).
Note that you might have to use a different port number - my WHS box came with Twonky installed and it uses 9000, so SBS uses 9001. I noticed that certain builds of the betas would not automatically start, whereas most did.
