I've managed to build both 7.3 and 7.4 but audio is not working in 7.4 on ubuntu (bug reopened) . The instructions where outdated when 7.3 was current .It has more dependencies than the README.linux file states you have to install portaudio 19 something ? dev files etc on ubuntu machine . So 7.4.1 builds sort of but no audio Funny that you mention asound the errors you get running it in gdb or in the shell via it's .sh script is alsa related . I merely uses it as an extra controller on my computers, for that it is working. I could run the win version with wine then i have audio too , but until recently before you fixed it the win version was very broken. -- Mnyb -------------------------------------------------------------------- No it can NOT be controlled with iTunes.... ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Mnyb's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=4143 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=69904 _______________________________________________ beta mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/beta
