I added my comment in it is it the wrong bug, have the behavior changed slightly and have some one opened a new bug ? I have no track of exact versions but it rebooted under 7.4.0 and 7.4.1 and now on the lates 7.5.1 . This issue is not fixed and have never been fixed . The bug is closed fix so I cant reopen . Sorry to say I have no new info, it is not easy to diagnose.
