Good advice, Mp3Tag just hanged in a middle of the delete operation
after selecting 100 tracks, lost all tags for 50 tracks temporarily. 
Fortunately I had a backup so I could just restore them and try again.
I suppose it would be better to do this on a local hard drive and not
towards the files on a NAS, but...

After a few hours of work I now have a properly tagged FLAC library.
