Ah, good point.

But many don't have settings.  App Gallery, Internet Radio, My Apps, Song 
Scanner and Sounds & Effects.

Actually, why can't they be disabled?  eg. If someone doesn't have an internet 
connection, they don't need Internet Radio, App Gallery or My Apps.  Is Sounds 
& Effects really an essential plugin that can't be disabled?  And yet Extension 
Downloader itself can be disabled!

Being able to disable them would cut down memory space.  I guess they don't run 
within Tiny SC, so the server code already copes without them present?
