Does the seek (FF) button now seeks from seekpoint to seekpoint, or is
there another (internal) use of the seekpoint.

This is quite interesting, because if FF now runs from seekpoint to
seekpoint we could influence the seeking a lot by making small or larger
seekpoint tables.

In the mean time am I correct in assuming that seekpoints have nothing
to do with skipping tracks?
