I haven't got a Duet, but on both the Boom and SB3 you hold down the left arrow on the remote for a couple of seconds and the "Squeezebox Setup (5 of 5)" message comes up and a simple up or down allows connection to other servers or squeezenetwork etc. I assume it will be the same convention on the duet. Try it and report back.
