Hi JJZolx The reason is they do not exist yet and maybe never will. As we've done before when preparing for a new release we've left out some revision numbers (two this time) on purpose in case we need to urgently fix something for a 7.4.x version only.
So do not worry, there is nothing you have missed. ;) And as soon as QA has done some sanity tests I am sure they'll be included in the upcoming 7.5 beta.
