I'm going to reply from memory without checking my facts here ... I presume you are referring the FLAC embedded CUE sheets. I think that there is some support for these in TinySC (transcodeless-SbS) but they are not as accurate as with transcoding as they only seek to FLAC frame boundaries which have a reasonably large time granularity.
