My understanding: 7.5embedded was merged to 7.5 trunk to become the basis for 7.6. 7.5.1 SBS does not have the SQLite option In 7.6 you can choose to run with mysql or SQLite
again my understanding. Personally I have run 7.5embedded (w/SQLite) for months and just yesterday opdated to 7.6... still SQLite.
