Fixed by clear cache, thank you Michael (I'm embarassed I didn't try that before posting). I stopped the server, deleted C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Squeezebox\Cache then restarted. SBS is rescanning now but the player pane is showing the playlist that was playing before the clear cache. Before updating I was running SqueezeboxServer-7.6.0-30539.exe.
