So I tried installing the official SBS 7.5 on my Qnap NAS, but it's not possible to play Apple Lossless with this version - at all. This worked fine on 7.4.2. Saw someone from Slim saying "ok, but you guys should have tested the nightly versions better before release". Ok.
So today I downloaded squeezeboxserver-7.5.1-30649.tgz, installed it on SSOTS 4.8 on my NAS - but it fails to even start. The error is: 0343: Audio::Scan (loaded 0.62, need 0.77) 0342: The following CPAN modules were found but cannot work with Squeezebox Server: Something happened with the audio scan module, then? It has now changed from 7.5 to the nightly 7.5.1? Will I be able at all to run SBS 7.5.1 on my NAS? Sigh.
