I have also been experiencing issues downloading the nightlies. At times the download won't start, it'll start hang and eventually time out or after a few tries it downloads successfully. To be honest, I've been experiencing connection issues with all the squeeze services for about a week and a half. I've been using the services for a long time and have never experienced such bad performance for such a long time. All the other stream services and web sites that I use are working as usual. I rebooted my servers and my router, but still the performance won't improve. I believe what's causing the issue is a router in one of the hops on the way there that's not functioning properly. But at times it "could" also be a change in the hardware platform that runs the servers that's affecting its performance.
