The last few releases of 7.5.1 I'm seeing intermittent slow opening of large (100-500 entry) folders in Music Folder. This is the only way I navigate, so I can't comment on other paths.
IIRC, this was an issue a long while ago that got fixed. Its worse with the controller, I think, but I've seen slow response on the web interface as well. I've seen slow response using a squeezeplay on windows thats old - 8667 - so I don't think its a squeezeplay issue. It is intermittent and I can't pin down a way to reliably reproduce.
