Thanks for your reports. I'm glad to hear 7.5.1 runs stable. I'm mainly asking for an official release, because some developers, which provide environments to run SBS on third-party devices (e.g. on Synology NAS: http://www.oinkzwurgl.org/ssods), only update their code once an official new version of SBS gets released. Since they'd have to update code quite often to support nightlys, that's perfectly understandable.
Because 7.5.1 requires a new version of the Audio CPAN module, I can't run it on my installation, i.e. SSODS version 4.8, which only provides an older version of that module. And in my case, I can't run SBS with the packaged CPAN modules either - they fail to execute on my hardware. This seems to be a common on some systems: http://oinkzwurgl.org/ssods_faq ("Use binary Perl modules shipped with SBS").
