Not exactly related to UNC paths, but on my SheevaPlug with an attatched
FAT32 harddisk 7.6 never really managed to scan anything at all.

The scanning starts, but never seem to make any progress. The log says
almost nothing at all, the progress bar doesn't move. If you abort and
do a complete rescan again, it *might* work after some tries. If the
scanning went through the whole library, it will screw up completely
after a rescan afterwards.

So, 7.6 is all but useful for me, altough I like the scanning speed.

But has this never been testet under Debian Linux? Or is there are
fundamental configuration error on my side? I'm using the SqueezPlug
from TRUEHL by the way. I really would like to get things going with
7.6 ... I tried almost every build so far. Never seems to improve.
