I'm using 7.6 SQLite, and it has a similar problem scanning with the
autoscan plugin. It often gets 'stuck' scanning and will sit there for
days until I abort it.
IMHO, it feels like a race condition of some sort: it's not Erland's
stuff (so Erland can sleep tonight, though the 'Rescan Refesh' in
TrackStat does drag SBS to its knees for 45 (!) minutes while it does
something magical... I disabled that.)
Looks like it actually completed the scan last night, but two nights
ago it locked up (and I aborted the scan from the web page when I saw
it yesterday).
Oh, it didn't lock up this morning because scanner.log shows:
