I never use TinySC, but was playing with it yesterday. It's running now on the Touch with an SD card, with the Touch connected to it. The stopped screen saver (set to the clock with black background) never kick in. It's as though it were set to 'none'.
Also, I see a lot of connectivity problems when trying to mount an SD card. More often than not it's unable to connect after repeated attempts.
