I don't think this is anything new for 7.6 - I frequently get problems with SBS accessing internet resources, and it's been going on for years. It's not just me, I know other people have the same issue. My internet connection is fine, and I can ping the urls that SBS complains about in the log. eg. I often get error reports when SBS tries to access www.mysqueezebox.com, but I can ping it. If I stop the SBS service and restart, then all is good again. I think there are several old bug reports, but I'm not sure what to search for to find them!
