I'm seeing exactly the same on both my netbook SBS, and desktop SBS, using r31284. I've tried 2 clear and rescans on both machines, all 4 scans failed after 21000 files (out of 28700). Re-istalled r31272 on both machines, both completed the clear and rescan without problems.
