Yeah I expect some memory overhead. Odd thing: I deleted all three db files yesterday (byebye ratings!) and they instantly grew insanely huge. (Deleting them ensured I had no strange markings in the db files since some of the pragmas are saved there...) They all seem... huge: -rw-r--r-- 1 squeezeboxserver nogroup 36393984 Oct 4 10:01 ArtworkCache.db -rw-r--r-- 1 squeezeboxserver nogroup 21037056 Oct 4 10:01 squeezebox-persistent.db -rw-r--r-- 1 squeezeboxserver nogroup 55369728 Oct 4 10:01 squeezebox.db I guess actually, it's MUCH larger than mmaping them in (and that's not the problem: this is using real memory, the rss is high, not just the vsize). I'll kill off all the 3rd party and see what happens. It's rescanning now, ahd so far looks happy (64M real, 71M virt)... uusally by this point it's getting fat. All scanned now... will start turning some of the plugins back on and see if I can narrow it down.
