I just did a factory reset on my Touch and went through the initial
setup.  Two problems were encountered:

1. After selecting my wireless network and entering the wireless
password, the Touch appeared to successfully connect with the network. 
It then began the SN setup, I selected 'existing account' and entered my
email address.  After hitting 'done' it went into an error screen
stating that it appeared as though the ethernet cable was disconnected.
Huh?  I tried the 'repair network' option, but got the same error.  So
I rebooted the box 

2. After rebooting it went into the SN setup again, which was
successful this time around.  But after finishing, the 'Continue'
button just bumps.  Eventually it times out and pushes you out to the
Home menu.  Maybe the continue button is only broken when the SN setup
is forced on bootup.

I'll try another factory reset and see if this is repeatable.
