Thanks Jim. That explains a few more things. I turned on Software
Updates, then I downloaded the firmware and put it in the wrong
directory and restarted SBS and my Touch didn't update. After another
server restart due to some revised plugins the Touch updated and I
turned off software updates. Just checked and SBS had automagicly
downloaded the firmware, put it in cache/updates which is why it
worked.

kiat, apologies for the wrong advice, but if the Touch keyboard
disappears when you search, the thread I referred you to tells you how
to get it back.
