I haven't tried it. But I do have Booms, and Radios, (and Touch players and a transporter for that matter). I think the booms sound great FOR WHAT THEY ARE. Nothing at all close to a setup I have with a TOUCH and audioengine A5s (and I suspect wouldn't be near as good as the A2s either). I think the Radio sounds pretty good too. If I tried to quantify the difference, I'd say the Boom sounds "15%" better than the Radio.
