I downgraded my SBS to current 7.5 and Radio was offered 7.5.3 r9377. After loading this firmware, I upgraded my SBS to current 7.6 and my radio was offered 7.6.0 r9301.
I don't know what's going wrong with your setups, and would love to get at the root of it. If you are willing and able, via the SBS WebUI go to server settings->advanced->logging and set player.firmware to debug and check the box under "Save logging settings for use at next application restart". Restart SBS and then attach your server log to this thread.
