Hi Erland,
great subject, thanks :-)

The areas which got the most changes in 7.6 are scanning and browsing the
library ("onebrowser").

Testing all too often concentrates on new stuff, running "artificial"
tests. That's ok, and we would love to see the community test them too.
Because we can't cover all the configurations out there.
But what sees little testing is the usual every-day use of the whole
system. How does it behave in normal use. Eg. I'm seeing some alarming
memory usage nobody else seems to be able to reproduce. Maybe someone else
in the community would see this too?
Sometimes I think instead of intense testing, just using it and then spend
time on issues cropping up along the way might be very helpful too.
One other thing might be trying to get a hold on existing bug reports,
reproducing them, and even providing patches for simple cases.

I'd still prefer to have bug reports, as there aren't many of us left
looking at the forums :-(. But QA should be looking at bugzilla too.

Kind of a show stopper for me is my server's memory running out... But
that's just me.
