I've been doing a little narrrowing of my Genres and noticed that if you retag all albums relating to a genre "A" changing the genre "B", that on rescanning, genre A persists regardless of the fact it has no matching tracks. Surely the rescanning logic should test for these sorts of conditions and delete the spurious genre from the Genre table? The only other way to remove it (other than directly editing the DB) is to clear and rescan, which is clearly not reasonable.
