I have just checked the web ui search. If I use the search directly from the "internetradio" menu (e.g. by not clicking on search, but directly utilizing the text entry field), it will show (and play) the correct results. But if if I click on one of the results intead of just playing them back, it displays the very same "wrong" results that squeezeplay does.
